I've learned from several top Chinese BaZi masters, and I'm regularly in contact with many practitioners.

A lot of people are using this method, it's well known in Asia, but also in west slowly people are getting more awareness about it.

The best way to show how Five Elements methodology works is with an example.

I do, and it works. The method is tested on thousands of people, it never fails.

I always compare chart reading with weather prognosis. If you plan to go for walk in the park, it's good to know whether it's going to rain. If prognosis says it will rain, you will bring an umbrella or a raincoat with you. Same goes if the prognosis is that it will be hot and sunny, so you will take all necessary equipment to protect yourself from the sun.

If we know that next year will be good for making money, you will work harder to use that wave. If you know that next year will be full of obstacles in finances, you lay low and you don't take too many risks. 

In my experience, just by knowing that there will be issues ahead, those issues get reduced by half. Awareness is the key.

There are charts which are quite complex.

Generally speaking, exceptionally good charts and exceptionally bad charts are easy to read. Either they have a good flow of elements or entire chart is in contradiction, which means things are not going smoothly.

90% of charts belong somewhere between these two extremes, and sometimes it gets quite hard to see what is the "intention" of the chart, but in that case, one just needs more time and ask a person more questions to get it clear. We have a troubleshooting process, through Q&A session, which helps us in this situation.

99% of people I talk with and give them info about their charts, react very surprised on accuracy, and they want to hear more.

There are people who are by default dismissive about these kinds of things, so I don't bother talking to them :-)

Astrology has a very bad reputation, I agree, there are so many cheap websites out there, promising to show you the future, but good BaZi readers are rare. Maybe there are 100 in the whole world, who are able to read charts properly and with very high accuracy.

We are still in a very early stage, our plan is to release an automatized talent analysis, a free and premium version. The demand from our users in last few months is huge and we are expecting these analysis to be very popular. There will be nothing on the market that can match that level of accuracy when it comes to analysis of human talents and character traits.

I do one on one consultancy regularly, but I wouldn't share exact numbers here.

I don't practice black magic but I heard enough about it to know it's real. It's dangerous stuff, very damaging to the person performing it as well. I have no interests in such things.

This is the most common question, I will drop here the clarification from our website:

"At the moment of our birth, roughly 30.000 people around the globe will receive exact element combination as we did. So the logical question is, how come that these famous people from our examples are so successful, the others are not?

If somebody is born, for example, with a superb chart for generating wealth, their level of success will depend a lot on their place of birth.

Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, and Bill Gates, for example, were born in surrounding with a lot of opportunities and culture for creating large businesses. Somebody with the same chart, but born in the poor area, will have far fewer opportunities to exercise their ability to generate wealth. Still, it's very likely that they will reach a reasonable level of success, but their surrounding will limit it.

Place of birth is not the only thing making a difference, our parents genetic, community culture, parents upbringing and formal education will shape significantly our ability to use given talents.

Despite all these conditions, the core of our talents will always be there, and it's just a question how far they can be extended. So regardless of our chart, hard work, life experience, open-mindedness and a good education is still very important to unlock our full potential."

It's a combination of many things. I personally have a theory of four building blocks.

The first block of our character comes with reincarnation, which gives us a particular level of wisdom and awareness, depending on how old is the soul.

The second block is parents genetic, which mostly shapes our physical appearance and stamina.

The third block is the energy pattern received at the time of birth, and this is something I'm very much into. Using Chinese BaZi we are able to analyze the energy input, which gives us a detailed picture of persons inner drive. This inner drive can manifest in many different ways, so the person could be interested to make money, another one is into relationships, another one likes learning, and then another seeks for power and position. Talent Analysis provided by Talent Hero gives a very detailed picture of this inner drive.

The fourth building block is postnatal education, from parents, school, surrounding.... 

Each of these blocks is almost equally important, and this also a reason why exceptional people are so, well exceptional, because it's very likely that all four blocks were of good quality, although one can get quite successful even if only two or three blocks are good.

Postnatal education is important because it can fix, to a certain extent, flaws which were inherent in other building blocks, the ones which person basically have no control of.

BaZi method works really well for individuals. There are some attempts to apply this knowledge to companies and countries, in combination with Feng Shui, but it's extremely complex.

A company or country is not run by one person, there are so many people involved, and one would have to check charts from all decision makers. It's doable, but personally, I prefer to focus on a single individual, sometimes extending it to marriage or family.

The best Chinese astrologers are rarely publicly known. Most of them live a simple life and avoid any publicity. The one which is most popular is Joey Yap, but he is not the best. He is very good, but not the top.

I could, and most experienced practitioners will be able to notice that person's life doesn't really match the chart. We often notice that time of birth is wrong (registered wrongly in the hospital) then we have a certain way to figure out what is more likely the time of birth.

We look for time slots of two hours. So for example between 7-9 is one info, and between 9-11 is another info. If person's birth hour is a border case, we are able to troubleshoot it and figure out which one fits.

It's not really my idea, BaZi astrology exists for thousands of years, there are many practitioners, especially in Asia. Talent Hero is a modern version of that ancient knowledge, with emphasis on clarity and usefulness of information. For westerner is quite hard to learn this, due to language and culture barrier. I was just lucky to meet few good masters who taught me.

I won't comment other methods, I've been studying BaZi for many, many years, have checked thousands of charts, hundreds of clients received analysis, and all I can say is that it works. 99% of our clients fully recognize their character traits in my reading. Mistakes are possible, especially if the hour of birth is unknown or unsure.
